Potting Bench (or Serving Center!) by artist Frank Meyer.
Out of town guests? The combination of Grapevine and Singer Hill Café makes a delightful outing with a relaxing venue to refuel and opportunity to experience the “eye candy” of local artists’ incredible artwork!
With the great weather the outdoor garden area is open for dining to leisurely enjoy food and drink (fabulous STUMPTOWN coffee) then onward to browse the wonderful art on display in the gallery. Great place to find gifts for weddings, birthdays or your home – consider gift certificates for gallery shopping or to use for custom framing.
The July exhibit showcases Grapevine’s Gallery artists with a mixed array of scenic, abstract and industrial art. Come see the work of five new artists that have recently joined the gallery: Jim Hall, fine woodworking –decorative bowls and containers; Frank Meyer – woodworking specializing in utilitarian pieces such as dove-tailed Santé Fe style chairs and benches, potting tables (nice enough to use as an entertainment bar), art deco-style clocks and much more. Bunny Lewis specializes in ceramic art – creator of “Village People”; Eric Rodgers –fine art jewelry using sterling silver with precious stones and Lance Smith – metal art designed with recycled materials.
SUMMERTIME ONLY extended hours: Fridays 9 am through 8:30 pm. Musical performers are an added bonus provided by Singer Hill Café from 6 to 8 pm. Grapevine’s regular hours are 9 am to 3pm Tuesday through Saturday. See you soon!
